10 tips on how to maintain healthy hair




1)      Use nourishing professional quality shampoos and conditioners preferably with keratin.

2)      Also use a wide tooth comb to remove tangles. Begin combing at the hair ends and work toward the scalp to help prevent any further tangling, splitting, and breaking.

3)      Never use a brush on wet hair.

4)      Trim your hair every 4 to 6 weeks to keep hair looking and feeling healthy.

5)      Use cooler air temperatures when blow-drying to keep the cuticle closed, so not to cause more damage.

6)      Always massage scalp when shampooing to help stimulate the circulation of blood flow, to maintain healthy scalp.

7)      Use a shampoo containing tea tree oil, very soothing on the scalp-will also help dry scalp and reduce symptoms of dandruff.

8)      Always drink plenty of water.

9)      Balance diet with healthy eating habits and vitamin supplements.

10)  Get sufficient rest and exercise.
